Refund &
Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the approach of Foundry4F toward cancellations, refunds and professional work already commenced in connection with its services.
1. General Policy
Foundry4F provides professional business, legal, corporate, compliance, taxation, registration, intellectual property, restructuring and related support services.
Refund and cancellation eligibility may depend on the nature of the service, the stage at which the service is cancelled, work already performed, government or third-party charges incurred, and other costs that cannot reasonably be recovered.
2. Cancellation Before Commencement
Where a client requests cancellation before Foundry4F has commenced substantive professional work, the request may be considered for refund, subject to any applicable terms, processing costs, payment gateway charges, third-party charges or other non-recoverable costs.
Any refund will be determined after reviewing the circumstances of the particular engagement.
3. Cancellation After Commencement of Services
Where professional work has already commenced, cancellation may result in a partial refund, if any.
The amount, where applicable, may depend upon the stage of completion and the professional work, documentation, review, consultation, preparation, filing, coordination or other activities already undertaken.
- Work already completed may not be refundable.
- Professional time and resources already used may be taken into account.
- Government, statutory or third-party charges already incurred may not be recoverable.
- Non-recoverable operational or processing costs may be deducted where applicable.
4. Government & Third-Party Fees
Government fees, statutory charges, filing fees, registration fees, stamp duty, professional charges of independent professionals, payment gateway charges and other third-party expenses may be separate from Foundry4F's professional fees.
Where such amounts have already been paid, committed or incurred on behalf of a client, they may not be refundable by Foundry4F.
5. Restructuring, Closure & Insolvency-Related Services
Certain services, including closure, strike-off, winding-up, restructuring and insolvency-related support, may involve substantial preparatory, professional and compliance work.
Because such work may begin before the final statutory or regulatory outcome is achieved, cancellation after commencement may result in a partial refund, if any, based on the stage of completion and costs already incurred.
Government, regulatory or statutory outcomes are not controlled by Foundry4F. Fees paid for professional work already performed are not automatically refundable merely because a particular government, regulatory or statutory outcome is delayed, rejected, modified or not achieved.
6. Changes in Client Circumstances
Additional work or charges may become applicable where the client's circumstances change after the engagement begins or where information provided initially is incomplete or inaccurate.
This may include circumstances involving:
- undisclosed assets or liabilities;
- pending legal, regulatory or statutory proceedings;
- undisclosed creditors or claims;
- outstanding taxes or statutory obligations;
- additional regulatory requirements; or
- other matters requiring additional professional work.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, Foundry4F will normally initiate the applicable refund within 7–15 business days after final approval of the refund request and receipt of any information required for processing.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the client's account may additionally depend upon the relevant bank, payment gateway or financial institution.
8. Client Cooperation
Clients are expected to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents required for the relevant service.
Delays, additional work or complications arising from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or delayed information may affect timelines and the scope of work. Such circumstances do not automatically create a right to a refund.
9. Service Outcome
Foundry4F provides professional support and compliance assistance. Government authorities, statutory bodies, regulators, intellectual property offices, tax authorities and other external authorities may independently determine whether an application, filing, registration, approval, certificate or other outcome is granted.
Accordingly, payment for professional services does not constitute a guarantee of a particular government, regulatory or statutory outcome.
10. Relationship With Other Terms
This Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read together with the Foundry4F Terms & Conditions, applicable service scope, quotation, invoice, engagement terms and any other applicable commercial documents.
Where a specific service engagement contains additional cancellation or refund terms, those applicable terms may also govern the relevant engagement.
